Grid Team is a game between friends. Usernames, profile photos, league names and messages are visible to other people: these rules apply to everything you post in the app.
WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED
- Harassment, threats and personal attacks.
- Hateful or discriminatory speech, including on the basis of origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion or disability.
- Sexual, violent or shocking content, profile photos included.
- Impersonating a person, a rider, a team or an organisation.
- Spam, advertising, fraudulent links and gambling.
- Creating multiple accounts to manipulate a standing.
- Sharing private information about another person.
REPORTING CONTENT
In the app, open the profile, message or league concerned, tap the menu, then choose Report. Adding a reason helps us handle it faster.
You can also write to [email protected] with the username concerned and, if possible, a screenshot. Reports are not visible to the person reported.
BLOCKING SOMEONE
Open the person's profile, tap the menu, then Block. A blocked person can no longer invite you, message you or see your profile, and you no longer see their content. You can unblock at any time from your account settings.
HOW FAST WE ACT
Every report is reviewed by a member of the team within 24 hours. Depending on severity, the content is removed and the account warned, suspended or deleted. We reply to whoever filed the report at the address linked to their account.
